Macleans College students earn silver at Junior Auckland Badminton Championships

Macleans College students Olivia Li (Hillary House) and Yichen Liang (Batten) have earned a silver medal at the Junior Auckland Badminton Championships after reaching the Girls Doubles final.
Held at the Auckland Badminton Centre, the championships brought together young badminton players from across the region.
Olivia and Yichen progressed through the tournament to face a strong ACG Parnell College pairing in the final. After a closely contested match, they finished with a well-deserved silver medal.
Congratulations to both students on an excellent result and for demonstrating determination and teamwork throughout the tournament.
