SchoolDocs policy/procedure review

Macleans College has recently engaged SchoolDocs to maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date set of policies and procedures.

These policies and procedures follow guidelines, legislation and best practice, and have been tailored for our school. For more information about SchoolDocs, see schooldocs.co.nz. SchoolDocs can also be accessed through the Macleans College website www.macleans.school.nz/about/documents/policy-hub

Username is "macleans" and password is "2012".

The Macleans College board, staff, students, and the school community (parents/caregivers/whānau) are all welcome and invited to review our policies and procedures.

The policies listed below are for review before the end of Term 1:

  • Health, Safety and Welfare Policy
  • Safety Management System
  • Risk Management
  • Worker Engagement, Participation and Representation
  • Healthcare
  • Recording and Reporting Accidents, Injuries and Illness

If you would like to participate in the current review:

  1. Visit the website https://macleans.schooldocs.co.nz/1893.htm
  2. Enter the username (macleans) and password (2012).
  3. Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed.
  4. Read the policy.
  5. Click the Start your review button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
  6. Select the reviewer type.
  7. Enter your name (optional).
  8. Follow the prompts to show that you've read the topic and enter your feedback if you'd like to comment.
  9. Agree to the privacy statement and click “Submit review”.
