Behind the magic: Macleans College’s Puffs production comes to life

Packed audiences, laughter and enthusiastic applause made Macleans College’s Senior Production, Puffs, a memorable highlight of Week 10 in Term 2.
The talented cast and crew delivered an entertaining season that showcased creativity, teamwork and the true spirit of the performing arts.
Performed in the Colin Prentice Auditorium, Puffs is a hilarious parody that follows the adventures of the often-overlooked "other" students at a certain famous wizarding school. Through humour and heart, the story reminds audiences that courage, friendship and loyalty come in many forms.
Macleans College is incredibly proud of every Level 3 Drama student who contributed to the production. From the performers on stage to the dedicated backstage crew, each student played an important role in bringing the show to life with confidence, energy and commitment.
The school also extends its sincere thanks to the whānau and wider school community, whose enthusiastic support helped make the season such a success. Their encouragement created a wonderful atmosphere each evening and highlighted the strong sense of community that surrounds the performing arts at Macleans College.
