40Th Reunion 2020

Macleans College 40th Reunion - Postponed

17 March 2020

The Alumni Association and Macleans College have been in discussion in the last few days over the developing situation with Covid-19, the travel restrictions and the want of the NZ government to flatten the curve.  With this in mind we have taken the decision to postpone the reunion.  Our intention, at this stage, is to target Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October (all things returning to “normal”).

We understand that airlines are working with their customers to allow re-booking, hence the notification of dates we are planning for.

For those that have paid their registration fee please email [email protected] and let us know if you would like a refund, or if you are happy to leave your fees as paid until the event. We apologise for any inconvenience that this postponement may cause but feel this is the best course of action during this unprecedented time.

Established in 1980, Macleans College is now forty years old.  In those forty years, over 22,500 students, four principals, 930 teachers, 95 trustees and countless more staff, parents and friends of the school have walked through its gates and formed part of the College’s history.

The Macleans College Alumni Association was established to bring those people together, to celebrate their successes, and to develop the community spirit around the College.

Macleans College and the Macleans College Alumni Association invite you to register your attendance for our 40th Reunion celebration.

Due to the developing situation with Covid-19 the decision has been made to postpone the reunion.  Our intention at this stage is to target Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October (all things returning to "normal").
