Macleans College earns Honourable Mention in International Ethics Final

The online event brought together 50 finalist teams from around the world, following a series of regional qualifying rounds.

The Macleans College team included Archie Vivash (Hillary House), Robbie Ge (Upham), Emily Brown (Te Kanawa), Bianca Hu (Mansfield) and Dihen Karunatillake (Snell).  They secured their place in the final after finishing second in the North Island Regional Round.

Competing against teams from around the world, the group represented the school with distinction.  Their thoughtful discussion and collaboration earned them an Honourable Mention from the judges and an impressive ninth place overall.

Congratulations to the team and to the wider squad who supported their preparation.  Their commitment, teamwork and quality discussion throughout the competition are achievements to be proud of.
