Eight Medals won at Auckland Schools Gymsports Championships

Macleans College were well represented at the Auckland Schools Gymsports Championships held recently at Bruce Pulman Park.
A total of eighteen gymnasts competed in the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), Trampoline, Tumbling and Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Macleans College picked up a total of two Gold, five Silver and one Bronze, making it the most successful competition in recent years.
Gold:
- Lucy Packer (Snell House) - WAG Step 9
- Lucy Packer - Women’s B grade trampoline
Silver:
- Sergey Antonets (Hillary) - MAG Open B
- Grace Huang (Snell) - Rhythmic Club B
- Regan Langford (Upham) – Men’s Elite trampoline
- Alyse Goodyer (Te Kanawa) - Women’s C trampoline
- Amelia Windle (Rutherford) - Women’s A tumbling
Bronze:
- Sophie Hansen (Mansfield) - Women’s B trampoline
