David Winn has shown form to hit two centuries in the last two cricket games for the Macleans College 1st XI.

In the last three weeks, the 15-year-old Year 11 student has scored 106 not out against Sacred Heart College, 104 out against Saint Kentigern College and 58 runs against Kelston Boys’ High School. <empty>

to his batting now that he is more seasoned and knows what is required on the pitch.

The Zimbabwe-born cricketer came to New Zealand five years ago but his interest in cricket began when he was a pre-schooler batting and bowling in the backyard.
