Former Deputy Head Prefect and top achiever in the recent Cambridge International Examinations, Jessica Glennie, will study architecture at the University of Texas in Austin.

The 18-year-old has been offered a scholarship in rowing that covers all her fees. She will also receive sponsorship from Nike. <empty>

Jessica has been rowing in the Macleans College fours and eights for three years as well as taking part in North Shore rowing.

Cambridge Examination results have recently been announced with Jessica gaining 96 in painting, 90 in English, Top-in-the-World for Graphics and 93 for Design.

She will begin at university in September.
