Macleans College students have personally received their Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Gold Awards from His Royal Highness, Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, KG KCVO, at a ceremony held in Wellington recently.

Head prefect, Angela Zhou, Joel Lawson and past pupil, Edward Goldwater, joined 120 others to receive their Gold Award Certificate from the Prince at a ceremony held at St Patrick’s College in Wellington. <empty>

The recipients also received congratulations from The Honourable John Key, Prime Minister, and The Honourable Paula Bennett, Minister of Youth Affairs.

Past pupil, Simon Wang, also received his Gold Award Certificate from Prince Edward at a similar function in Christchurch.
